- An emergency (you want us to contact you regardless of the time of day - subject to $150 call-out fee on weekends, and after 9pm during the week)
- Urgent (may incur a $75 fee if we have to put another job on hold for your request, or it is after 5pm and before 9pm during the week)
- Routine (routine requests are an average of 4-6 weeks out)

A change order request will incur a $50 fee. This will apply if we arrive at a job site and the client requests additional work beyond what was on the approved estimate. This is for routine work, as we schedule these jobs and allocate a set amount of time and employees based on the information provided.

By submitting this request, you acknowledge that invoices are due upon receipt with three exceptions: Business/Corporate clients (30 days Net), plowing clients (billed monthly at the end of the month), or if someone makes arrangements in advance. Submission of this form also acknowledges that credit cards and bank issued credit/debit cards incur a 3% convenience fee and that our preferred payment methods are cash, check, money orders, Zelle, or bank transfers.
